As we age our bone density decreases and balance goes out the window which is why I developed GOLDEN GROOVERS, a 35min class run every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at 11am plus two earlier sessions on a Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:15-10:50am in Timaru’s St Mary’s Hall on Church. Just as important as moving our body is to have a connection and a laugh with others, which is why it has grown into the community it is today. For those keen, we go for a coffee after class and also have bi-annual Dinners together. Classes are $5 per session and no booking required!

Bootcamps are held twice a week at Trinity Hall on College Road (Timaru) during Winter (Soundshell Steps during Summer) every Tuesday 640pm & Thursday 540pm. These face to face 40min group fitness sessions costs $7.50 per session (under 16yr FREE) and is suitable for all ages, gender and fitness levels.
