OUR WORKOUTS

Our team understands that everyone is at different stages in their fitness journey, which is why we provide a variety of 10-30min home workouts, catering for beginners to the most conditioned athlete. These include strength, cardio, weighted and relaxation sessions.

Every Sunday our five instructors load 12 NEW workouts to the workout library, which is accessible in the private members area once an account has been created so you can push play ANYWHERE & ANYTIME. You also have access to 2000+ workouts saved on Motivating_Mums private Facebook groups.

You have FREE access to three, six week exercise plans as well as a 5km, 10km and 21km running plans to guide you through your fitness journey. We encourage you to aim for 80% completion and anything extra is a bonus!

  • LETS GET STARTED

    A beginner or returning to exercise, this is your starting point to start firming and toning your body! This is a 20min strength workout which uses either 2x cans or 2x light weights. All standing or on a chair (no floor work).

  • LETS MOVE CARDIO

    This fun 20min workout is suitable for beginners with fun light cardio/aerobic movements to move and groove too. No floor work.

  • LOW IMPACT WEIGHTS

    Want to build strength, tone and definition? This 20min weighted strength workout is for you! Suitable for all fitness levels and uses two light to medium hand weights.

  • LOW IMPACT

    Want maximum calorie burn but minimal impact? This 20min low impact workout is a mixture of both cardio and body weighted strength exercises which ticks all of the boxes!

  • HIIT WEIGHTS

    Want results FAST? This high impact, high intensity 20min weighted workout takes strength training to the next level. Designed for those with a moderate to high level of fitness and requires two medium hand weights.

  • HIIT CARDIO

    How do you get fit FAST? Push play on this one! This high impact 20min workout has the greatest cardio kick out of all of our 10 workouts and requires no equipment. Designed for those with a moderate to high level of fitness and has low impact options in most exercises.

  • BOXFIT

    Kick and box your way through this 20min boxing inspired workout which improves your aerobic fitness and tones the body! A great stress release which requires no equipment.

  • CORE & BACK + CORE & ARMS

    These 20min workouts focus on strengthening the foundation of our body. Notice improved posture, confidence and reduced back pain over time with these floor based, 20min body weighted sessions.

  • EXPRESS CORE

    Shape and sculpt your upper body while improving your posture, with this 10min body weighted strength session. Floor based.

  • YOGA

    Bring balance to body, mind and spirit. This low-impact practice promotes well-being. Classes have physical postures and sequences to build strength as well as breathing techniques and meditation to calm the mind.
