These challenges are designed to help you kickstart your motivation and establish some healthier habits that you can continue AFTER the 8 weeks ends!

Unlike many challenges, this isn’t based on weight rather looks at ALL aspects of your lifestyle and works on creating mindfulness. You will develop tools and be educated so you can make healthier choices to help you in your journey to live a healthier and happier life!

8x 40min Bootcamps (Wednesday 7pm)

4x 30min (pair) Personal training sessions

2x Sunday Group Walks

ONLINE CHALLENGE:

Do I have to be a member?

Not to register however you will need to join before you start as your exercise program will have some workouts (as well as other exercises/sports dependent of your questions and goals). The first 7 days is free then it’s just $8 per week. Join HERE

What does it cost?

$95 for the online Challenge

$190 for the Local South Canterbury Challenge

Can I pay it off?

Yes, so long as you pay 50% on registration, then you can pay the remainder in 25% instalments over the following three weeks.
